This 300 seat modern Italian restaurant and bar was designed for a first generation chef from Acireale, Italy and his son, a sommelier. Warm rich materials and flowing curved forms move between sculpted architecture that represent natural elements. A theatrical expo kitchen opens to the voluminous bar and dining rooms; and as such, there was close attention, during the design process, to control both light and sound. This ensured that the visually dynamic space would deliver an intimate guest experience.
